So why does this blog exist? For one reason and one reason only: To glorify the Lord Jesus Christ who took the penalty for my sin and has made me as righteous as He in the sight of God. I think that is pretty awesome so I do everything I can for Him.
That is the big picture, and the narrower picture is for me to encourage and enable fellow believers to live radical gospel centered lives and balancing the sword and the rose.
Here is a list of things NOT to expect from this blog
-a place to talk about about boys, nail polish, and the latest fashions
-a diary entry of my life (though I may on occasion let you know what I am up to and how the Lord is working in me)
-a place to feel good about yourself by hearing a candy-coated, watered down version of Jesus and the Christian life
